About Me

In 2013, I began my career journey studying Music Business and Audio Engineering full-time while working a full-time role in Data Entry. Amid a hectic lifestyle, I was eager to find a way to build a business in music from fronting a band and interning as an artist manager's assistant. Whether I'd become a producer, a manager, or lead a band, I had no idea how to make creativity and tech converge but I was dedicated to find out! After earning my undergraduate degree, I enrolled in the Data Analytics Bootcamp program at the University of Denver in 2019. Not long afterward, my career shifted into becoming a full-time Data Analyst. Since 2019, I've worked in capacities of Telecommunications, Media, Digital Marketing, and Environmental Science as a Data Analyst, Scientist, and Data Engineer. In tandem with my current role as a Data Engineer, I've earned my Master's Degree in Data Science from Regis University where I've contributed toward research in Computer Vision for Healthcare and Government projects. As my journey continues, I've honed a niche talent to provide businesses with a competitive understanding of their customers through building analytics products at various capacities. I'm making data sing, because it has a voice.

Hobbies & Interests

When I'm not tinkering with a dataset, I'm a massive nerd. From trading card games to fantasy sports, gaming, and music production, I leap between immersive hobbies. I consider myself hyper-focused in different creative outlets every couple of months, as I find it difficult to keep myself occupied with one interest when there are so many cool things to do out there! I love heavy music from hardcore punk to metal, still play drums or sing when I’m bored, and I have always been fascinated by sound design and audio production.

From my passion in music, I spent over 10+ years as lead vocalist in a band named One Way to Live booking shows and playing them, building brand awareness for other artists as a rookie independent artist manager, and running social media advertising for music releases from my band and other artists I was exposed to via my Music Business undergrad.
